Please enter a Primary date and a secondary date you would like to have your event. Once your form is submitted, approved and a deposit is collected, then your date will be placed on the calendar.

• Starting September 1st, 2026, everyone is required to place a deposit to use the church. This is to cover any damage, cleaning expenses, cover time to pay someone to unlock/lock the facility, etc...
• Deposit for non-members* of Fairborn City Church, we are asking for a $100 deposit for all uses and a fee of $50 per hour. This starts at arrival and stops at departure. Time will be rounded to he nearest hour.

* A member is defined as a person who regularly attends FCC.

The room you asked for might not be available or suited for the event. Once the form is reviewed, you will be notified which room your event is scheduled in.

Time Needed: The church is not available until after 1:00 pm on Sunday (Including setup time).
