Multi-Media Request form

This form is to request the Multi-Media team to:
  1. Create a slide for a in-service announcement and Voice Over.
  2. FaceBook post
  3. An event to be added to the Events calendar 

For Sunday morning announcements, all request MUST be submitted the Thursday (10:00pm) before the Sunday it is to be shown.

FaceBook posts must be submitted 48 hours before would you like to have them posted.

Allow 48 hours for an event to be added to the Events Calendar.

All submissions are subject to approval from the church leadership.
Person
Describe the event or what you would like to have posted.  Be very detailed.  
  1. The calendar event will have all the information.  
  2. The slide will have most of the information.  
  3. The Voice Over will only include the event title and the date.  No detailed information will not be included.

The Media team will be creating slides that have motion.  All slides will be re-created in a motion format.  If you have created a slide, please provide it as an example.
